Utility Pages

This topic covers day-to-day utility pages that do not belong to the main account, payment, request, session, or reporting groups.

Dashboard

Dashboard is the default landing page for active members and gives a quick view of balance and activity.

Activity Analysis

Activity analysis shows pre-aggregated charts for your services, requests, and sessions with distribution and trend views. Session category and trend counts use completed sessions.

Transactions

Transactions shows your hour-balance history, including invitation rewards, transfers, session-related changes, and penalties.

Calendar

Calendar shows your scheduled sessions in a calendar view.

Find User

Find User helps active members search for other active members.

• Email search is exact and overrides the other search fields.
• If you do not search by email, you must provide country, city, and at least one keyword in name or introduction.

Transfer Hours

Transfer Hours lets an active member send hours to another active member by email address or by opening transfer from a public user profile with a preselected recipient.

Invite a Friend

Invite a Friend lets an active member send an invitation email with a 6-digit code to a friend.

• The friend must later sign up with the same email address and save the code on the access activation page before activating access.
• When the invited user activates access successfully, both sides receive confirmation emails and 1 extra hour.
