Performance Details Page
This topic explains Performance Details.
Purpose
This page shows a member's provider and requestor performance summary, ratings, and recent session feedback.
Comments sections
- Comments Received As Provider (last 6 months): shows completed sessions where requestors left a rating or written comment.
- Comments Received As Requestor (last 6 months): shows completed sessions where providers left a rating or written comment.
- Comments Received As Provider is visible only when you are this user or you have requested at least one service from this user.
- Comments Received As Requestor is visible only when you are this user or this user has requested at least one service from you.
- Both sections are always visible on the page.
- If you do not have access to a section yet, the page shows a clear message explaining why comments are not available to you.
- If you do have access but there are no matching entries, the page shows the standard "No comments found" message for that section.
Access rules
- You must be authenticated.
- The
user_idquery parameter is required. - The page is for paid users.

Use the Refresh button whenever you want to pull the latest data immediately.
