Reporting a Need

Use Report a Need when you cannot find the right service in search.

What happens

• Your need becomes visible on the Community Needs board for paid members.
• Providers can offer one of their existing active services.
• Reporting a need does not create a service request or session.
• Mode can be Online, In Person, or Any. Country is required. City is required when the mode is in-person.

Changing a need later

Needs cannot be edited after saving. If you want to change a need, open the old need, use Copy, save the copied need with your updates, then cancel the old need if you no longer want it listed. Cancelling a need permanently deletes it and its offered-service records.

Privacy

Do not include email addresses, phone numbers, exact home addresses, or sensitive personal information.
