Transactions
This page shows your complete hour-balance history, along with your current balance and any hours that are blocked for scheduled sessions.
Filtering Your Transactions
You can filter your transaction history by the last 1, 3, or 6 months, or by specific years from the current year back to 2026.
Changing the period filter immediately reloads the visible transaction list for that period. The Filter button runs the same filtered reload explicitly, while the Refresh button clears the transaction cache for the current period and reloads the latest server data.
Understanding the Transaction List
The transactions grid provides a detailed breakdown of your hour balance history:
- Time: The exact date and time when the transaction was recorded.
- Service: If the transaction is related to a specific service, this column displays the service title.
- Info: A brief explanation of the transaction. For session-related transactions, this may include a link to the session's detail page.
- Event Type: The category of the transaction, which explains why it occurred (e.g., "Session Completion," "Friend Transfer").
- Amount: The number of hours added to or subtracted from your balance. Positive values are hours gained, and negative values are hours spent.
- Balance After: The wallet balance immediately after that transaction was applied. This value helps you track how your balance changed step by step.
Examples of Transaction Categories
- Initial credit received after your first access activation.
- Rewards from invitations.
- Hours sent to or received from a friend.
- Hour transfers from completed sessions.
- Penalties from late cancellations or absences. A late cancellation occurs if a session is cancelled within 24 hours of its start time, resulting in a 0.25-hour deduction from the canceller's balance, which is transferred to the other party. Similarly, if a provider is absent for a session, 0.25 hours are transferred from the provider to the requestor.
