Access and Membership Pages

This topic covers the routes used for free access activation, membership management, cancellation, and reactivation.

Activate Access

/Payment/Payment activates free access. It shows the invitation-code module for eligible invited users and presents key membership conditions before access is activated.

Manage Membership

/Payment/ManageSubscription explains free-access membership status and provides direct cancellation. /Payment/BillingPortal redirects back to Manage Membership in this branch.

• Provider perspective after account cancellation: your services are hidden, pending requests on your services move to "Cancelled (provider unavailable)" with requestor cancellation emails, and your scheduled or started provider-side sessions move to "Cancelled (provider unavailable)" with requestor cancellation emails.
• Requestor perspective after account cancellation: your own pending requests move to "Cancelled" with request-cancellation emails sent to affected providers, and your scheduled or started requestor-side sessions move to "Cancelled by Requestor" with cancellation emails to both sides.
• Late-cancellation transfer rule in this account-cancellation path: no late-cancellation fee transfer is applied when sessions are auto-closed due to account cancellation.

Cancelled account

/Payment/Cancelled is the account-state page for cancelled accounts. Reactivation returns the account to the access activation page.

Legacy Stripe pages

Initial payment success, failure, and cancel routes remain in the codebase for the paid version but are not used by free access activation.
