Dashboard

The dashboard on ActiveUser/Dashboard is the main active-member landing page. After free access is activated, this becomes the default page, and it loads each widget separately so one area can refresh without blocking the others.

What you can see

The dashboard is composed of several widgets, each providing a snapshot of different aspects of your account. Each widget is loaded independently, ensuring a fast and responsive experience.

• Balance:
  • Total Balance: Your total hours before reservations are subtracted.
  • Reserved Hours: Hours reserved for scheduled sessions.
  • Spendable Now: The hours you can use right now, calculated as total balance minus reserved hours.
  • Provider Rating: Your average rating as a service provider, based on feedback from requestors.
  • Receiver Rating: Your average rating as a service requestor, based on feedback from providers.
• My Services:
  • Displays up to three of your active services for quick reference.
  • Includes a link to the My Services page where you can view and manage all your services.
• Activity:
  • Pending Requests for Your Services: Shows incoming service requests that are awaiting your response.
  • Pending Requests You Made: Shows the service requests you sent that are still waiting for the provider's response.
  • Upcoming Sessions: A list of your scheduled sessions, both as a provider and a requestor.
  • Unrated Sessions: Completed sessions for which you have not yet provided a rating for the other member.
• Recent Transactions:
  • A list of your five most recent transactions, such as hour transfers for completed sessions.
  • Each item shows a "Balance After" value so you can see your wallet balance right after that transaction.
  • Provides a quick link to your full Transactions history.
• Performance Snapshot:
  • Summarizes your activity statistics, including the number of requests, accepted work, completed sessions, and cancellations, for both your provider and requestor roles.
  • Offers a link to your public performance page for more detailed insights.
• Unread Messages:
  • Lists conversations related to service requests that have new, unread messages.
  • Each item links directly to the specific message thread, allowing for quick replies.
• Balance Trend:
  • A line chart showing your monthly hour balance for the last 12 months.
  • Helps you see how your balance has changed over time.

Refresh

The Refresh button clears the dashboard cache keys and reloads the page so the next load reflects the latest server data.

Some sections may briefly show recently loaded information. Solidarity usually refreshes that data automatically within about 30 minutes from the last load. Use Refresh any time you want to check the latest updates immediately.

Activity analysis page

You can open Activity analysis from the left menu under Overview. It shows pre-aggregated distribution and trend charts for services, requests, and sessions. Session category and trend counts are based on completed sessions.

Where dashboard links take you

• Services go to My Services.
• Transactions go to Transactions.
• Performance details go to your public performance page.
• Unread messages open the related service message thread.
• Sessions waiting for rating open the session rating page.
