Offering an Existing Service to a Need

Providers can offer one of their active services from a need detail page.

Rules

• You can only offer services you own.
• Inactive or deleted services cannot be offered.
• The same service can only be offered once for the same need.
• The requestor receives an email notification after a valid offer.
