Onboarding

Solidarity onboarding is stage-based. Protected pages check your account stage and redirect you to the next required step until your account can use the marketplace.

Required steps

1. Verify your phone on Phone Edit.
2. Complete your profile on Profile Edit.
3. Open Activate Access, accept the membership conditions, and activate free access.

Account stages

• Registered: your phone is not verified yet.
• Phone Verified: your phone is verified, but your profile is still incomplete.
• Profile Ready: your phone and profile are ready, and you need to activate free access.
• Paid: the internal full-access stage. During free access, this means your free membership is active.
• Payment Failed: a legacy billing-recovery stage. In free access, the app sends you back to the activation page.
• Cancelled: your account is cancelled until you reactivate.

Invitation codes

If you received an invitation email with a 6-digit code, enter it on Activate Access after phone verification and profile completion. When your access is activated, the invitation reward can be finalized.

After activation

• Your stage becomes Paid, which opens the main marketplace pages.
• The default landing page becomes Dashboard.
• Your account starts with the free-access first-hour balance if it has not already been granted.
