Session Rate Page

This topic explains Session Rate.

Purpose

Allows a participant to rate the other participant after a completed session.

Requirements

• You must be signed in.
• You must be a Paid user.
• The session must be completed.
• After you submit a rating, you cannot rate the same session again.

What you can submit

• A required star rating from 1 to 5.
• An optional comment between 10 and 500 characters.

Page behavior

• The reminder section shows the service, provider, requestor, and session times.
• Provider and requestor names link to their public profile pages.
• The title shows who you are rating, for example: Rate the Provider (Name).
• Comment text is checked against platform comment policy before it is accepted.
