  • The full name you specify in your profile must be your official name.
  • You must not have or use any other Solidarity account.

2. Acceptable Use

Solidarity is a community platform for lawful, non-harmful, time-based help exchange.

  • You may not offer, request, receive, promote, or arrange services involving sexual activity, hateful or discriminatory conduct targeting people or groups, terrorism, violence, exploitation, coercion, dangerous conduct, or any other harmful activity.
  • You may not offer, request, or receive services for children, unlawful conduct, or medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or other services that ordinarily require a licensed medical professional.
  • You may not request, offer, make, or accept financial payment, fees, tips, or other compensation for services arranged through Solidarity.
  • You must not use your profile, service description, or messages to share sensitive or personal information unless it is strictly necessary and safe, and you must not use profile or service content for hateful or discriminatory content targeting people or groups.

3. Membership and Access

  • Solidarity is currently offered as early free access. Access to member features depends on an active membership stage.
  • There is no subscription fee during early free access. If paid subscriptions are introduced later, Solidarity will notify users before paid access is required.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time. During early free access, cancellation takes effect immediately and access can be reactivated later by accepting the access conditions again.
  • Solidarity may refuse, suspend, or cancel membership access when necessary for safety, platform integrity, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms.

4. Hour Balances and Transfers

  • After your first successful access activation, your account starts with a 1-hour balance.
  • Hours may be transferred only through the platform tools and only to other eligible users.
  • Hours are a platform balance for community exchange and have no cash value.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

  • Solidarity may review profiles, services, messages, ratings, and reported activity to protect users and enforce these terms.
  • If Solidarity reasonably determines that you violated these terms, it may remove content, restrict access, suspend your account, or cancel your subscription without refund except where law requires otherwise.

6. Platform Role and Limitations

  • Solidarity provides the platform only. It is not the direct provider or receiver of user services and is not responsible for the conduct, quality, legality, safety, or outcome of services exchanged between members.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or that every service listing, member interaction, or match will be suitable for your needs.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy .

8. Changes to These Terms

Solidarity may update these terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an updated version means you accept the revised terms.
