Membership
During free access, membership is free. The app still uses the internal Paid stage to open marketplace features, but no subscription payment is required in this branch.
Manage membership
Use Manage Membership to review the free-access membership state or cancel your account access. The page does not send you to Stripe.
Cancellation and reactivation
- Cancellation takes effect immediately and moves the account to Cancelled.
- After cancellation, Solidarity routes the account to the cancelled page.
- The cancelled page offers a Reactivate action that sends the account back to the access activation flow.
- When cancellation is finalized, the member's services are hidden from service search and public visibility.
- Pending requests on that member's services are automatically closed with the state Cancelled (provider unavailable), and the requestors receive cancellation emails.
- Scheduled or started sessions where that member is the provider are automatically closed with the state Cancelled (provider unavailable), and the requestors receive cancellation emails.
- Pending requests created by that member as a requestor are automatically closed with the state Cancelled, and affected providers receive request-cancellation emails.
- Scheduled or started sessions where that member is the requestor are automatically closed with the state Cancelled by Requestor. No late-cancellation transfer is applied for this account-cancellation path, and both sides still receive the usual requestor-cancelled session emails.
- Reactivation alone does not make those services searchable again. After you accept the conditions again and activate access, your marketplace access is restored.
Long-term sustainability
Solidarity aims to stay free with the help of optional donations. If donations cannot cover operating costs in the future, users will be notified before any required contribution or service fee is introduced, and that amount will be kept as low as possible.
