This page explains Service Request New.
Purpose
Use this page to create a new request for a specific service.
Check provider unavailability first
Before choosing the requested date and time, return to the service page and select the provider's name to open their public user profile. The end of the profile lists the provider's unavailable times of day, weekdays, and date ranges. Review them first to avoid attempting a request when the service owner is unavailable.
Main inputs
- Date, start time, duration, and requested mode.
- Service session limits are displayed as read-only values (minimum and maximum hours per session).
- Expiration rule (0 to 1000 hours before start; 0 means the request expires at the selected start time).
- Location details and request message.
Balance panel
The page shows your current, reserved, and available balance before submitting. It also applies the service's session-hour limits when calculating spendable whole hours for this request and when building duration options.
Free-service monthly quota
For free services, each user can complete up to 1 session per calendar month.
Eligibility rule: to request a free service session, the requestor must have at least 3 active services of their own.
When the selected service is free, the page shows your remaining free-service sessions for the current month and blocks new free-service requests after the monthly limit is reached.
Pending free-service requests and scheduled/started free-service sessions are also checked when you submit another free-service request.
